My fascination with tower defense games began in 2005 when I discovered custom Warcraft III maps that completely transformed the traditional RTS gameplay. I was immediately hooked by the strategic depth - calculating optimal tower placement, managing limited resources, and the satisfaction of watching well-planned defenses demolish wave after wave of increasingly powerful enemies.
For years, I remained a dedicated player, spending countless hours mastering titles like Plants vs. Zombies, Kingdom Rush, and Bloons TD. I'd often think about creating my own tower defense game that would combine all my favorite elements from across the genre, but without programming knowledge, this remained just a dream.
In late 2024, inspired by advances in AI tools, I decided to embark on what seemed impossible: creating a full-featured tower defense game without traditional coding experience. Using AI-assisted development, I began transforming my ideas into a playable reality. The process was challenging but incredibly rewarding as I watched my vision take shape through iterative design and feedback.
